Dispatch
Dispatch software for small trucking fleets
freightline turns a broker’s rate confirmation into a load with every stop, puts it on a board from Dispatched to Paid, and shows where each truck is from your ELD. Drivers get the stops, upload BOL and POD and mark pickup and delivery from their phone.

Booking a load
- Drop the rate con PDF. AI fills the load number, broker, rate, equipment, temperature, weight and every stop.
- freightline checks the broker in FMCSA and warns you if its authority isn’t active.
- Calculate route miles from the stops, loaded and deadhead.
- Assign the driver, truck, trailer, and a co-driver or dispatcher if you use them.
Rate con to load, step by step.
The loads board
Every open load sits in a column: Dispatched, In transit, Delivered, then Invoiced or Factored, and Paid. Drag a card to move it. Filter by driver or search by load number, broker or city. A load can’t move forward without its rate con, and can’t be delivered without a POD.
Trucks, drivers and hours
Connect Motive, Samsara, Swift ELD, TT ELD or EVO ELD with a read-only key. The live map shows each truck, the driver on it, hours of service where the ELD provides them, and the load it’s running. Connect your ELD.
The driver’s side
- Current load with pickup and delivery addresses, times, references and contact phones.
- Navigate and Apple Maps buttons for each stop.
- Upload BOL and POD as photos or PDF, several pages at once.
- Picked up and Delivered buttons, and a note to dispatch for a late ETA.
- In English, Ukrainian or Russian.
Keeping brokers informed
Every load has a one-click tracking link: a public page with status, stops, whether BOL and POD are on file and, with an ELD, the truck’s last position. No rates or driver details are shown, and you can switch the link off. With a Telegram bot connected, you also get delivery alerts on your phone.

- No load board search or posting.
- No EDI tenders from shippers or brokers.
- Built for full truckloads, not LTL consolidation.

Frequently asked questions
Does freightline find loads for me?
No. There is no load board inside freightline. You book loads where you do today and bring them in with the rate confirmation PDF.
Can a dispatcher use it without seeing our money?
Yes. The dispatcher role works with loads, drivers, documents and the map, while revenue, expenses, profit and driver pay stay with the owner and accountant roles.
We dispatch for several carriers. Does that work?
Yes. One login can switch between several carrier companies. Each company's data stays separate and each has its own subscription.
Which ELDs show hours of service?
Motive, Samsara and Swift ELD show drive, shift and cycle time left. TT ELD and EVO ELD show truck positions and drivers without hours of service.
Is there an App Store app for drivers?
No. The driver app runs in the phone's browser and is added to the home screen. It's available in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
