What's new
Every change that matters to you, in plain words, newest first.
Several receipts per expense, native driver app in testing, one-click ELD connect
- Expenses and fuel: attach several receipt photos or PDFs to one entry; it saves itself when the upload finishes.
- Expenses can be put on a trailer (or the company), not only on a truck.
- Expenses and fuel lists filter by calendar day, so an entry dated today always shows today.
- Broker search: short names like TQL now find Total Quality Logistics in FMCSA.
- Native driver app in testing (Android now, iPhone next): loads, stop timeline, document scanner that turns pages into one PDF, paystubs, push notifications, works offline and uploads when signal returns.
- Connect Motive or Samsara with one click (sign in with your ELD account) instead of copying an API key.
- Owner-operator pay: reimbursements and the company fee follow the adjusted rate; factoring fee % set once in company settings.
- Deductions remember which weeks they were charged, so a recalculated settlement never charges twice.
- Per-state IFTA rate pages, 12 new guides and more compare pages.
- Clearer error messages across the app; dispatchers no longer see driver pay or company costs.
- Compare page redesigned: price, trial, driver app, IFTA and factoring at a glance.
Launch week: free trial without a card, Solo plan, referrals
- 30-day free trial with every feature open — no credit card to start.
- New Solo plan ($39/mo) for single-truck owner-operators; launch offer on new subscriptions while it lasts.
- Refer a carrier: share your link from Settings → Billing and you both get a month free after their first paid month.
- Security & trust page: where your data lives, who can see it, backups and deletion.
- One-click export of all your data (loads, pay, fuel, documents) as a ZIP from Settings → Data export.
- Onboarding checklist: the first factoring packet or invoice in a few guided steps.
- Driver compliance: non-domiciled CDL status, I-94 expiry alerts and an English-proficiency check log.
- VIN decode when adding a truck — year, make and model fill in from the VIN.
- Fuel entries: total calculates itself, state picked from a list, receipt photo upload.
- More expense categories, and dates everywhere in US format.
- Settlements: 'Mark unpaid' to reopen a paid settlement; clearer message when a paid settlement is locked.
- Invoices: due date recalculates when you change the payment terms.
- Check broker: verify any broker in FMCSA before you book — MC, USDOT or name; authority, bond and out-of-service status on one card.
- Brokers: find a broker in FMCSA by name and pick the match; broker MC read from rate cons.
- Free calculators: driver pay, cost per mile, factoring fee, RPM and IFTA; IFTA rate tables by quarter.
- Compare pages and a buyer's guide for small-fleet TMS; landing pages in Ukrainian and Russian.
- Driver app in English, Ukrainian and Russian; phone-first home screen with multi-photo BOL/POD upload.
- Signed 30-day share links for paystubs and invoices.
- Trial emails: setup tips on day 2 and a halfway recap.
- IFTA: 2Q and 3Q 2026 diesel rates added.
ELD, fuel import, broker tracking and billing
- ELD integrations: Motive, Samsara, Swift ELD, TT ELD and EVO ELD — live map, driver on each truck, hours of service.
- IFTA miles by state from the ELD (Swift) or routed load miles.
- Fuel card CSV import (Settings → Import) and fuel bills by email to your company's inbound address.
- Broker tracking links: a public page per load with status, stops, paperwork and the truck's last position.
- Stripe billing: checkout, customer portal, plan switching; subscribe during the trial with no charge until it ends.
- Truck maintenance: service schedules by miles or days, odometer from the ELD, service log.
- One-click factoring packet by email; broker FMCSA check (authority, out-of-service, bond).
- Reports & export: period P&L plus accountant CSVs (QuickBooks 3-column, loads, pay, expenses, fuel).
- CSV import for trucks and drivers with a template and per-row preview.
- Monday brief email to owners; payment-failed notice.
- Drivers: deactivate, mark on leave and reactivate from the driver card.
- Loads list fits without sideways scrolling; team (co-driver) shown on the load.
Invoices, loads board, compliance and self-service signup
- Invoices: bill brokers from delivered loads — PDF, email with rate con and POD attached, aging.
- Loads board: Kanban view with drag-and-drop through the real load workflow.
- Billing mode: 'we invoice brokers' or 'through a factoring company' — the app hides what you don't use.
- Compliance screen: every expiring document in one list.
- Brokers directory: who you haul for, how much, and how fast they pay.
- Self-service signup with email verification, password reset and team invites.
- Settlements: Share button and full paystub PDFs.
- Navigation by job and a 'Needs action' list on the dashboard.
- Public trucking news digest page.
- Mobile polish: swipe on the board, readable screenshots, assistant button out of the way of '+ New'.
Money checks and multi-stop miles
- Full review of settlement and invoice math before opening to other carriers.
- Multi-stop loads: miles between stops in the same city now count correctly, using street addresses.
- Each company's data kept strictly separate, checked screen by screen.
Miles you can trust
- If the map service can't route a load, the app tells you instead of quietly showing 0 miles.
Owner-operators and more than one company
- Owner-operators under your MC with a configurable fee split; their paystub shows their net, not your internal split.
- Run several companies from one login, each with its own data, and switch between them.
- Settlements without loads: pay a driver from a lump gross amount.
Factoring status, team loads and the market map
- Print-ready driver paystubs; fuel spend kept off the driver's paystub.
- Factoring payment status on each load, with an alert when a payment is running late.
- Adjusted rate cons: driver pay from the base rate, factoring from the adjusted amount.
- Team loads: a separate settlement line for each driver.
- Dispatchers locked out of company financials.
- Market Map: freight market picture by state on an interactive US map, with seasonal patterns.
First version, built on our own trucks
- Loads from rate con PDFs, BOL optional, several PODs per load, deadhead miles.
- Dashboard with revenue, profit per truck, cost per mile and a cash or accrual view; periods in Eastern time.
- One-tap factoring packet sent to Telegram with copyable amounts.
- Lumper and other extras reimbursed to the driver from the POD step.
- AI assistant: a daily briefing on the business and answers to questions about your own loads.
- Daily trucking news digest.
- Fuel receipts read automatically from a photo.
- Dispatchers can replace and delete load documents.
